Chase Cricket Limited designs and handcrafts the very finest cricket bats from its workshop in Hampshire and we are looking for a Saturday Retail Assistant to join the team.

Job role:
| Welcome customers to the showroom.
| Assist and support customers within our retail shop.
| Assisting customers in finding the products.
| Providing advice and recommendations to customers.
| Addressing customer inquiries instore and by phone.
| Processing customer payments at the checkout point.
| Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area fully stocked and organised.
| Complete paperwork in line with processes and procedures.
| Follow health and safety policies and procedures.

Essential skills:
| Excellent attention to detail.
| Excellent customer facing skills.
| Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.

Desired skills:
| Knowledge of cricket an advantage.
| Previous retail experience.

Weekend opening hours | Sat 9:00 – 16:00 / Sun 09:00 – 12:00 |

Very good hourly rate.
