At the discretion of the manufacturer, Chase Cricket
offers a warranty against any fault in the manufacturing process or through defective materials for a period of 12 months, from date of purchase.

If you believe a warranty claim should apply the receipt of purchase must be returned with the item to the original place of purchase for any claim to be valid.

In any case of a replacement product being offered, the
remaining warranty period on the existing product will be carried over to the new product.

Please be aware that damage such as a mistimed shot, tapping down, hitting a yorker ball, misuse, insufficient knocking in and preparation, superficial surface cracking, damaged edges, alterations, excessive use and water damage will not be covered by our warranty.
