Dear Chase Team,
First of all, thank you for expediting the delivery of the bat last Friday. I genuinely appreciated your efforts to ensure it arrived on time.
However, I must admit that I am extremely disappointed with the condition and overall quality of the bat I received, especially considering this was meant to be a special gift for my daughter.
There are several issues that concern me.
Damage: The bat arrived with a small, but noticeable, dent on the back.
Missing Personalisation: I specifically requested the initials "SAM" to be written on the bat, and despite this being noted on the order details, the bat has no initials.
Misrepresented Quality: I was assured by your colleagues over the phone that this bat was "match ready," but its performance does not support this claim.
Inferior Performance: What makes this even more disappointing is that my daughter has been using a Chase bat purchased directly from your factory for the past three years, which was a mid range junior Grade 2 bat. Honestly, its ping and performance seem significantly better than this supposedly premium junior bat that I have now purchased.
Given the inferior performance, the missing initials, and the dent already present on the bat, I am genuinely wondering whether I actually received the bat I ordered or if there has been some mistake during preparation or dispatch.
I have now returned to Switzerland, which makes the situation even more difficult to resolve logistically. Nevertheless, I would appreciate understanding what can now be done to rectify this situation appropriately.

I chose Chase because of the excellent experience we previously had with your products, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing.
