On his first use of the bat, my son got a golden duck bowled, so we will wait for next weekend to see if the bat is any good, hopefully bat managed to connect with ball soon!!

My 10 year old is a cricket fanatic and plays at county (early engagement pathway) level. He played club cricket for the last 3 years with a 'hobbyist' cricket bat and loved it, using technique and enthusiasm to eke runs out of it.
We finally decided to get him a proper bat for his birthday and his batting has completely transformed with massive boundaries and strong shots. It was a shame that the Chase bat we wanted was not available in the well-known stores in London so we took a leap of faith and ordered online. We are glad we did. The bat is beautifully made and I think you have a 10-year old Chase fan for life.

First of all, thank you for expediting the delivery of the bat last Friday. I genuinely appreciated your efforts to ensure it arrived on time.
However, I must admit that I am extremely disappointed with the condition and overall quality of the bat I received, especially considering this was meant to be a special gift for my daughter.
There are several issues that concern me.
Damage: The bat arrived with a small, but noticeable, dent on the back.
Missing Personalisation: I specifically requested the initials "SAM" to be written on the bat, and despite this being noted on the order details, the bat has no initials.
Misrepresented Quality: I was assured by your colleagues over the phone that this bat was "match ready," but its performance does not support this claim.
Inferior Performance: What makes this even more disappointing is that my daughter has been using a Chase bat purchased directly from your factory for the past three years, which was a mid range junior Grade 2 bat. Honestly, its ping and performance seem significantly better than this supposedly premium junior bat that I have now purchased.
Given the inferior performance, the missing initials, and the dent already present on the bat, I am genuinely wondering whether I actually received the bat I ordered or if there has been some mistake during preparation or dispatch.
I have now returned to Switzerland, which makes the situation even more difficult to resolve logistically. Nevertheless, I would appreciate understanding what can now be done to rectify this situation appropriately.

I chose Chase because of the excellent experience we previously had with your products, which is why this experience has been particularly disappointing.

I came into chase at 5 15pm. They got my bat took some weight off shaped it perfectly oiled and new grip. Scored my first 80 runs on weekend. Top performance bat with top performance company that care! !!! Thanks chase 💪
Bought the bat elsewhere (wish we’d known about the Chase factory facilities beforehand!) and took it in to have the oil and knock in service, toe guard and anti-scuff sheet application. I was dealt with by an enthusiastic gentleman passionate about Chase who told me some of the company’s history including recent purchase by the owner of a willow plantation such that they can become fully vertically integrated. He said he’d get the work done within a week, which turned out to 2 days, much to my son’s delight. Lovely company with a great product and brand.

We needed a good next bat solution for our daughter who is still young but playing well ahead of her age group. She is very slim so was struggling with the bat weight vs performance challenge. Chase came recommended from an older girl and this has been a great solution. She has taken to it straight away and her batting is having a confident start to the season. Chase were very helpful giving advice and helping to get the bat right for her
